Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change
Haille Trimboli holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, where her research centered on fostering workplace well-being in the era of AI-driven transformation. Through her academic work and ongoing scholarly pursuits, Haille continues to explore how emerging technologies can reshape leadership practices, elevate employee engagement, and promote a more human-centric organizational culture. Her research spans across leadership development, well-being strategies, and the responsible application of AI, ultimately informing actionable insights that help leaders navigate complexity, inspire growth, and nurture thriving teams in the modern world of work.

Haille Trimboli is a Customer Success Leader at Harvard Business Publishing who brings a deeply human-centered approach to driving impactful results. Drawing on her two years of hands-on experience as a Customer Success Manager, Haille has developed an empathetic, relationship-first style that resonates both within her team and across her global portfolio. Now leading a team responsible for overseeing a $40M+ book of business, she guides her team to partner closely with Global 2000 clients in the leadership development space, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that empower them to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. Under Haille’s inclusive and compassionate leadership, customers feel valued, teams feel inspired, and businesses achieve transformative growth.
Yoga
Haille Trimboli’s journey with Bikram yoga began at age 15, a practice that instilled both physical resilience and mindful discipline. In 2013, at the age of 20, she completed her Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, deepening her understanding of the traditional 26&2 sequence. Since then, Haille has guided students through a variety of sessions—from the classic 90-minute format to a 60-minute semi-silent class and an engaging “happy hour” flow. Although she has led a few Vinyasa classes, her true passion lies in sharing the transformative power of the Bikram method. With a warm, welcoming spirit, Haille fosters an inclusive environment where practitioners can strengthen their bodies, calm their minds, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Real Estate
As the driving force behind Inspire Home Ventures, Haille Trimboli brings a warm, human touch to the world of property management. Overseeing a $1M property with five tenants in Southern California, Haille skillfully balances the art of hospitality with the demands of running a profitable business. She carefully manages the property’s P&L, ensuring sustainable growth while actively listening to tenants’ needs and creating a welcoming, comfortable environment. With an unwavering commitment to exceptional service and genuine care, Haille transforms real estate ownership into a meaningful, mutually beneficial experience—one where both the bottom line and tenant satisfaction thrive.
Teaching and Instructional Design
Haille Trimboli devoted five years to classroom teaching, guiding learners across K–12 with a special focus on fourth-grade students. During this time, she orchestrated year-long curricula that engaged over 30 students each year, both in U.S. classrooms and abroad in Nicaragua. Adapting swiftly to change during the COVID-19 pandemic, Haille moved to an online format, crafting dynamic virtual lessons and developing innovative content to keep students motivated in a remote setting. This experience paved the way for Haille’s transition into adult education, where, as the co-owner of H&H Consulting alongside another Ph.D. candidate, she designed and delivered courses for small businesses, bringing her passion for teaching and curriculum development to the world of professional adult learning.
